The foundation stone for the success of our group of companies was laid by us forty years ago in the shape of a small gravel processing enterprise in the town of Chiusa. Meanwhile, we have developed into the market leader of South Tyrol (Alto Adige) when it comes to the manufacture and delivery of readymix concrete. Our product range includes numerous concrete types of all exposition and strength classes and many special concretes. The products and services we offer, however, go far beyond the details given in this prospectus and include a multitude of activities around the topic of construction: sale of sand, gravel, crushed stone, rock, earth and recycled building materials, excavation and demolition jobs, earthworks and civil engineering, building materials recycling and numerous supplementary services such as on-site management, snow clearance and civil protection activities. We also commit ourselves to further refine our products and in the research and development of new materials. As a group of companies composed of Beton Eisack and Transbeton and a total staff of over 100 qualified employees working at eight facilities conveniently accessible for traffic and transportation purposes between the towns of Vipiteno and Bolzano and a versatile fleet of vehicles, we are constantly convincing our customers with our services, quality, and performance in general.
